Nature of Work
This being an advanced level position in the S/W development team the individual is expected to:
Participate as a team member in all phases of S/W lifecycle, including the analysis and design of S/W systems.
Participate in detail level of coding, code walk – through and unit testing of S/W modules.
Participate in integrated testing of product/ package.
Participate in difficult and typical coding assignments with responsibility of a small module consisting of 2 – 3 members.
Participate in exploration/ feasibility study of product.
Have a thorough understanding of assigned product/ project.
Participate in generating of technical documentation of product/ package.
Providing technical training to the juniors.
Manage allocated resources; keep compliance with discipline and decorum of the organization.
Keep compliance with Quality Systems and Procedures.
Qualification & Experience
Engineering degree in preferably in Computer Science/IT, MCA, M. Tech. 3-6 years experience in S/W development
Technical Skill:
Good working experience in AngularJS/Knockout/Backbone/Ember, HTML, CSS , jquery, javascript/node.js, JSON, ajax, MVC Good hands on exposure to javascript/jQuery libraries. in-depth understanding of HTML5, HTML4, CSS frameworks Hands on experience of any OOPS based language like JAVA/C#/VB.NET etc.
Ability to design and conceptualize architecture. Exposure to widely used design libraries like Twitter Bootstrap etc.
Strong aptitude and logical reasoning skill with a willingness of working in a challenging environment
Managerial • Must have Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Leadership and • Ability to collaborate with team and stakeholders to derive options and solutions to various problems
Personal Skills • Ability to plan, prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks to achieve objectives
• Expertise in the investigation and resolution of production issues
• Understanding of company’s vision & goals, business operations and market
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels
• Great passion for S/W development.
• Ability to mentor and guide the juniors.
Should be able to assign task and review the completed work products.
