Key
Responsibility Areas:
o Performing gap analysis and chunking
the raw content into logical sections.
o Creating basic Design Document which
details the time frame of the training, methodology to be used and the content
to be delivered.
o Analyzing learner’s profile to
determine the training methodology to be used and the content to be delivered.
o Creating training and develop the
required content for instructor led training and web based training modules.
Research and if required, co-ordinate with SMEs to develop correct content.
o Ensuring that correct training
material and assessments are assigned to the trainers and learners on LMS.
o Creating hands-on practice for
learners to enhance their practical knowledge and instill confidence.
o Performing need analysis and
determination of level of assessment to be created for learners, as per
operational requirements.
Monitoring
training batches and interacting with the Operations team to analyze training
